Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping using USPS, FEDEX, DHL or SKYNET.  We offer shipping free shipping worldwide except orders from Mexico, Israel, Russia. Also Please allow us sufficient processing time before requesting order-tracking updates. 

• Our orders are processed within 7-9 working days & once the order is ready to get dispatched then the shipment will take 5-7 working days to get delivered. Delays could occur at times if there are changes in production, material acquisition, or third-party delays. Shipping is usually much faster, but it depends on material availability, queue and other factors for our hand-made process.

• Please note that all of our products are handmade to order. Each product is handcrafted which may result in a slight variation of color, inner lining, and/or stitching.

• Rush orders will shave downtime by having your order prioritized with other priority orders at a cost of 30.00 USD. If your order has an urgency please email us the shipping deadline so we can advise on its estimated arrival time and how to pay for this express shipping.

• Custom-sized orders will take approximately 2-3 weeks to ship. Please be aware of this when ordering, and enjoy your one-of-a-kind creation!
  
  

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, select army bases, hotels or freight forwarders.
We ship your parcel from one of our 2 locations in our best effort to get your item quickly.
Import taxes are beyond our control and may vary depending on your country’s policy.

ABANDONED SHIPMENTS
If a customer refuses delivery or refuses to pick up their parcel and the item is abandoned, destroyed, or misplaced because of negligence, the customer is held liable and a replacement will not be sent gratis. Tracking will be provided on each package as well as support from us and our shipping carriers to the best of our ability.
